Manufacturing details
Build quarter zips, hoodies, training shirts, bags, sliotars, Gaelic footballs, gloves, and accessories with buyer-supplied logos, colorways, and label requirements.
Woven neck labels, hang tags, carton labels, product packaging, and branded sample cards help your order arrive as your line, not generic factory stock.
OEM buyers need consistency. We keep production conversations centered on specifications, sample approvals, MOQ planning, and repeatable order documentation.
Private-label sportswear development starts with a product record for each style. Include the garment drawing, finished measurement chart, fit reference, fabric direction, colourway and quantity. For a mixed range of jerseys, quarter zips, hoodies and bags, keep construction details separate even when all products carry one brand. This lets the sample discussion identify which decisions concern fabric, sewing, decoration or packing.
Provide neck labels, size labels, care wording, hang tags and barcodes as approved artwork. State their dimensions and position, and distinguish a sewn label from a printed mark. If products will arrive at a distributor warehouse, add polybag labels, pack ratios, SKU names and carton marks to the same approval pack. These elements affect the delivered product and should be reviewed with the garment rather than introduced after its sample is signed off.
Keep the accepted sample, artwork revision, measurement chart and packing record together for repeat orders. Identify changes to colour, size grading or labels explicitly when requesting replenishment. Olinc Sports can review the new quantities and destination against that record before confirming a manufacturing route. Samples, minimum order quantities and production timing depend on the defined line; no stock availability or fixed retail price is implied.
For club supply under your own label, connect each crest and sponsor revision to a named club order. For wholesale teamwear, identify the base style, colourway and size as separate SKUs, then state whether stock is packed by size or as an agreed size assortment. A player-name list is useful for personalised club kits; a barcode and pack-ratio sheet is useful for warehouse receiving. Send the records that match how you will distribute the garments.
Start with the actual product construction: a sublimated match jersey and an embroidered quarter zip need different artwork and sample checks. If branded sliotars accompany the apparel, give them their own material, mark-placement and packing brief. Approval of a garment label does not approve the decoration on a ball.
Buyer Answer
Olinc Sports supports OEM private-label production for sportswear, Gaelic equipment, and club accessories from Sialkot, Pakistan, helping retailers and brand owners source custom products without retail middlemen.
Include your neck, size and care-label artwork with the garment specification. Olinc Sports also accepts requests for hang tags, barcodes and branded packing. Confirm the placement and sample scope in the quote before approving the finished presentation.
Send the earlier product code, approved sample reference, fabric and colour reference, measurement chart, label files and packing specification. Add the new quantities and destination, and list every requested change so the repeat quote uses a controlled revision.
A range inquiry can include sportswear, bags and selected Gaelic equipment. Separate the specification, quantity and packing for each item; a shared brand does not make their construction or minimum production requirements identical.
