Bring the reader close.
A compatible chip reader communicates with a nearby tag. Device support, antenna placement and read performance must be tested on the finished ball.

The verification chip connects the sliotar to a product record through a short-range tap. The chip, antenna, reader and verification service need to work together; the physical ball is only one part of that system.
Try the proposed verification journey. No physical chip is read in this browser demo.
Product visual and supplied specifications. Manufacturing year supplied by Olinc Sports; batch data is not linked in this demo.
A compatible chip reader communicates with a nearby tag. Device support, antenna placement and read performance must be tested on the finished ball.
The agreed chip configuration can support a product record or link. Decide which details the buyer should see and who will maintain those records.
A readable chip alone does not prove authenticity. Verification needs an agreed identity service and, where required, chip security and a protected record.
DEFINE THE BALL. THEN QUOTE THE BUILD.
This product study shows a yellow shell, raised black rim and matched red stitching. Internal layers and chip position are illustrative, not a production cutaway.
For a comparison with the existing range, see the MS-01 match sliotar. Use the materials and grades guide to prepare your sample brief.
No GAA approval, certification or live verification capability is asserted by this concept preview.
BEFORE YOU BRIEF YOUR ORDER
This chip concept uses a short-range tap to access product information. This concept does not include GPS, live location, speed measurement or match tracking.
The tap interaction above is a browser demonstration. A production verification flow needs an agreed chip, compatible reader and record service; no live product identity is checked here.
Include your original artwork and desired print position with your enquiry. Print feasibility, ink, scale and placement should be approved on a physical sample, alongside the chip read test.
The chip-equipped version needs its own quotation. Send the quantity, destination and required date so chip sourcing, sample work, assembly and shipping can be assessed together. Ask for written MOQ and production timing before committing to a programme.
Agree the ball’s materials, weight and size; inspect seam and print finish; then test the chip read position using the intended device. Agree record ownership and the meaning of any verification result before approving bulk production.
FROM PRODUCT STUDY TO PRODUCTION BRIEF
Send your quantity, artwork, destination and verification chip requirements. Olinc Sports will use that brief to discuss the sample and manufacturing quote.
