Olinc Sports is a quote-based B2B sportswear manufacturer in Sialkot, Pakistan. Clubs, retailers, distributors, and private-label brands can include zippers, buckles, hooks, rings, clips, snaps, grommets, webbing, straps, and cords in one garment or bag development brief. Every component is reviewed with the fabric, seam, reinforcement, movement, and intended use around it.
Identify The Part
Send the product drawing or reference and mark every trim position. State the zipper construction, ring shape, buckle release method, hook movement, webbing fibre, strap route, or fastening type instead of using a general hardware description.
Set Dimensions & Finish
Record zipper length, tape colour, inside buckle width, webbing width and thickness, hook opening, snap diameter, plating, gloss level, and visible puller or logo requirements. The surrounding construction must accept the selected size.
Approve On The Sample
Open, close, rotate, pull, adjust, and load the component in the finished product. Check that edges do not catch fabric or skin, webbing feeds correctly, attachment points remain stable, and colour and finish match the approved sample.
Confirm The Quote Route
Include quantity, destination, target date, packaging needs, and any custom puller or mould requirement. MOQ and timing depend on the selected component, finish, customisation, and complete order scope, so they are confirmed after specification review.
