Olinc confirms minimum quantities for each product and customisation request. A jersey run, an embroidered layer and a branded sliotar use different materials and production steps. Give quantities separately for each style or equipment grade, including size and colour splits, so sales can assess the proposed order.

A sample route can be discussed with your inquiry. State what the sample must confirm: garment fit, fabric, print colour, embroidery detail or ball construction. Ask for the sample scope, cost and timing in the quote, then send one written approval or consolidated correction list before confirming the bulk specification.

Teamwear inquiries can include sublimation, embroidery, printed marks, names and numbers. Private-label requests can include woven labels, care labels, hang tags and packing artwork. Supply the position and intended size of each mark; the decoration method needs to suit the selected fabric and construction.

Specify match, training, youth or wall-practice use, the required size or grade, cover and core preferences, branding and quantity. Include an existing sample or written specification if you have one. Agree construction and measurement requirements during sample review instead of relying on a grade name alone.

Provide your destination city and required arrival date with the product brief. Ask sales to distinguish sample preparation, production after approval and freight transit. These stages depend on the approved construction, quantities, artwork, packing and shipment route; a production completion date is not an arrival date.

Olinc accepts private-label manufacturing inquiries from brands, retailers and distributors. Include label artwork, garment size labels, hang tags, barcodes, individual packing and carton marks where required. Keep those files with the product specification so the sample review covers the delivered presentation as well as the garment.

Keep the approved sample reference, product code, fabric and colour references, measurements, logo files, name-and-number layout and packing instructions together. Send that record with the new quantities and destination. List any changes explicitly so sales can review revised materials, artwork or sizing before confirming the next production run.
